Roles & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide Marketing & Sales support for the operations of the company.
Job Duties
- Carry out day-to-day marketing tasks.
- Participate in marketing projects assigned by the manager from time to time.
- Coordinate and arrange to produce marketing materials.
- Attended to all customers’ inquiries and feedback from social media platforms and other communication channels.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure digital marketing campaigns KPIs are met.
- Manage company’s social media platforms with latest content from time to time.
- Research of market/industry/competitor information for marketing and idea development to raise brand awareness and capture qualified leads.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform any other marketing duties as assigned by Manager.
Job Prerequisites
- Diploma in Business Administration
- At least 2 years of relevant working experiences in administrative support
- Possess initiative and good phone etiquette.
- Able to work under pressure & in a fast-paced environment.
