    Roles & Responsibilities

    Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing and driving the Company’s new business ventures in base and/or precious metals trade and recycling, which includes:

    a. Identify and recommend new market segments or niches in the recycling of base and precious metals bearing scrap that is in tandem with the Company’s growth strategy;

    b. Lead and drive business ventures of e-waste and auto catalyst recycling;

    c. Develop comprehensive business development plans for precious metals laden waste recycling and assist in the identification of new market and product segment

    d. Develop and implement these strategies / tactics to drive the Company’s expansion into these new business segments;

    e. Ensure that businesses brought in remains profitable after the deductions of all fixed and variable business cost;

    g. Work with marketing team to create greater brand awareness for the Company as well as sales leads generation and marketing strategies for precious metals recycling;

    h. Regularly update the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate information about suppliers and leads;

    i. Assist with ad-hoc responsibilities specific to this position that is crucial to the Company or its Directors.

    To succeed in this role, you are expected to possess:

    · Proficiency in English and Mandarin to ensure seamless communication with colleagues in the Company’s Chinese operations

    · At least 5 years’ experience in similar capacity or in adjacent industries

    · Tenacity to succeed and goal driven

    · Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills

    · Willingness to travel overseas

    · At least ‘A’ levels or Diploma but we are willing to consider candidates with proven track record and good references from customers and former employer


    $3,500 to $3,800 Monthly
